Langley Abbey Environment Project is a registered provider of offsite biodiversity units (Biodiversity Gain Site Register References BGS-051124001 and BGS-310125001). The leading supplier in the East of England, LAEP has to-date supported over 50 developments across 24 different local planning authorities.
Units – including fractions of units – are available to purchase directly from LAEP via a number of flexible arrangements, including option agreements for scenarios where planning permission has not yet been granted but offsite units will be required in future.
